Science we can explain, Insight we can use.
Stylos DISC guides people step by step: first they understand the model, then they discover their behavioral style in different situations, and finally they build a personal action plan based on their own results.

The Stylos DISC model
Understanding human behavior has been a challenge since ancient Greece. The research of Carl G. Jung and William M. Marston in the early 20th century gave rise to modern methodologies that, towards the end of the century, consolidated what we know today as the DISC model — widely used in organizations to understand how people behave, communicate and collaborate.
Traditional labels can create stereotypes and pigeonhole people — when in reality we all use the four dimensions to varying degrees.
That is why Stylos refers to each style only by its letter — a more neutral, objective and open reading of human behavior.
The 4 DISC styles
Each style has distinctive ways to communicate, work, lead and relate to others. Knowing these differences improves interactions and accelerates development.
Getting things done, making difficult decisions and acting with urgency.
Independence, achievement and challenge.
Interacting, socializing, inspiring and persuading others.
A friendly environment, recognition and being part of a team.
Teamwork, being loyal and supporting others.
Stability, honesty and a sense of belonging.
Analyzing and ensuring that processes and standards are followed.
Specialized subjects, facts and quality work.
Your DISC style
Every Stylos DISC report shows how someone behaves in different situations — and how much of each style they bring.
